Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Check-in and check-out times apply to     the parking lot as well. Checking out later than the specified  time costs 50 zlotys for every hour for the rooms and     5 zlotys for every hour for the parking lot.

For the comfort of all our guests, do not make a noise between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. (except special events).

Rooms must be paid for on the day of the arrival.

Money deposit is necessary for reservations. If you decide not to come to our guesthouse,the deposit is not returned.

Money paid for your stay cannot be returned.

If a guest has an accident that does not let him/her continue staying in our guesthouse, the stay can be shortened        and the money for the rest of it is returned. However, the money is returned only to the person who had the accident.

Losing the key ring or the keys to the room costs 150 zlotys.

Our guests are financially responsible for lack or damaging objects, equipment or technical devices in the guesthouse     caused by themselves or by people visiting them on the premises.

It is not allowed to use any electrical devices in the rooms unless they are provided by the     guesthouse (e.g. kettles, heaters, irons).

Walking in skiing boots in the guesthouse is not allowed.

Skis and skiing boots must be left in the places provided by the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is not responsible for any loss of skiing equipment on the premises.

Cars must be parked only in the places shown by the guesthouse parking staff. Please mind the other     guests and park your cars so that everybody has the same amount of space for their car.

Reservations are confirmed once a 30% deposit (calculated from the total cost) is paid. Payments must be made within     3 working days.

Reservations must be confirmed by phone.

If you cannot come to the guesthouse, please let us know as soon as possible.

3 days before your arrival, please confirm your stay by calling us at +48 607 271 249.

The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you are planning to arrive after 8 p.m., be aware that every hour of     delay in your arrival costs 50 zlotys. It is because our staff has to wait for you and this is their overtime.

Organisers of events taking place in the guesthouse have the right to change their programme and are not responsible         for any changes made by people involved in the events, but not working for the guesthouse.
